Ridgefield Company has eighteen (18) in-house CNC machine spindles running two shifts a day producing high or low volume orders. Our CNC machines include several Emmegi, Onsrud and Haas maching centers able to produce a wide variety of part sizes and configurations.

Ridgefield has machinery with X-Axis travel over 50 feet.

Advanced forming and welding capabilities - Ridgefield Company has manufactured tens of thousands of anchor embeds in various sizes and shapes for projects all over North America. Our in-house fabrication, machining and assembly can produce the entire embed assembly to be delivered directly to the job site.

Interior / Exterior insulated panels, Shadow Boxes, Spandrel Panels, Back Pans, Louvered Assemblies
We have vast experience producing a variety of curtain wall panels. Producing the panel involves precision cutting, CNC machining, surface preparation, taping, screw insertion, assembly, silicone application and final crating.
